Privately held commercial real estate brokerage, management and development company located in the Back Bay is on growth trajectory and is looking to expand their office and retail commercial real estate brokerage division.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our real estate team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including cold calling strategies
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients
  • Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material
  • Network with tenants, tenant leasing brokers, property owners, and investment sales brokers to ultimately lease/sell properties
  • Schedule and conduct property tours
  • Track market data and industry trends
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for client assignments
  • Attend commercial real estate networking and industry events – i.e NAIOP, BOMA
  • Advise clients on their real estate leasing or investment strategies.
  • Negotiate exclusive listing agreements
  • Communicate weekly/bi-weekly status reports with team

 

Compensation is commission based- with significant earning potential

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in commercial real estate or in the office/retail sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Active Real estate license
