Job Summary
Seeking full-time Sales Assistant who lives in Manhattan. This is an opportunity for a proactive person to learn from the best. Real Estate license preferred, but this can come later.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate open houses
- Assist with preparation of exclusive listing, including coordination of stagers, painters and contractors, etc.
- Coordinate feature sheet production for exclusive listings
- Generate weekly showing and marketing reports for exclusive listing owners
- Other duties as needed to support the Listing and Buyer Specialist teams
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
- Proficient with technology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, anticipating and meeting team needs
- Team player
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Must be available for evening and weekend showings and open houses as needed
- Manhattan resident preferred
