MLL Capital pursues core, value add and opportunistic real estate investments where it can create value through strategic capital investment and detailed repositioning plans with a strong focus on targeted leasing.

Position

MLL Capital is looking for an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, professional, capable of prioritizing their daily workload. The person would support MLL's investment team, including related tasks: office management; meeting preparation & organization; filing; expense account reporting, etc.

Responsibilities

  • All general administrative functions
  • Office-management activities including ordering of supplies
  • Prepare detailed business expense reports and liaise with accounting teams for payment of business expenses
  • Maintenance of an organized electronic and physical filing system
  • Coordination of meetings, events & dinners, including preparation of necessary presentation materials
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assist with marketing activities such as management of contact database, preparation of marketing emails, and ordering and sending of holiday gifts
  • Complete special projects as needed, personal assistance for principals & other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3-year experience as an administrative assistant, some college is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with copy, fax, and other office equipment
  • Professional level oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with sound judgment, high motivation and dependable work ethic
  • Ability work independently while multitasking and finishing projects in an efficient manner
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt and learn new things
  • Exceptional organizational skills and creative thinking
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Discretion with highly confidential personal and professional information
