Job Summary: 

Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (East Coast Preferable) 

Compensation: Salary with Commission  

Travel: Willing to travel

Who You Are: 


We need someone who is experienced in marketing and understands sales, conversions, direct

response, copywriting, social media, advertising, and other marketing-related channels.

You must be highly experienced in some of these areas and have a good understanding on the

other areas mentioned above. This is not a learning, intern-like position. This candidate is

expected to apply his/her existing and transferable skills to the company immediately. The ideal

candidate must clearly demonstrate their capabilities.  You need to have at least 5 years of

relevant experience in any of the above areas.  The ideal candidate should be able to “hit the ground running”.  We understand that there is a transitional learning period.  However, the skill set should already be there, and we are just simply fitting those skills to our company.

You are well educated, sophisticated, presentable, and polished. You speak well and your personality bodes well for networking opportunities.  Your innovative thinking allows you to identify new prospects and your competitive nature welcomes the challenge. You must believe in the “triple bottom line” People (charity and community), Planet (green initiatives) and finally Profit (taking care of our investors and equity partners). 

Responsibilities Summary: 

  • Must be highly proficient with G-Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.

  • Proficiency with Project Management tools preferred (Asana, Active Campaign)

  • Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms both digital and offline

  • Oversees systems roadmap and configuration across the entire Salesforce landscape

  • Performs and manages CRM process and technology change management activities, including rollout of solutions, upgrades, and applications, while minimizing business disruption

  • Create and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  • Extreme proficiency with Facebook and other social media platforms

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

  •  and  for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.

  • Generate and manage Active Campaign funnels

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, ) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Excellent oral communication, written communication and presentation skills and an ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of an organization.

  • Excellent organization skills and an ability to be proactive and anticipate needs before asked

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment

  • Demonstrates “hands-on”, professional approach to business and a willingness to be held accountable for results.

  • Highly resourceful; not dependent on large corporate staffs and resources.
