Responsibilities
- Underwrite potential debt and equity investments for New York City opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence for prospective transactions, including preparation of market reports, legal documentation review, and analyzing the performance of real estate assets.
- Prepare and present investment committee memoranda to senior partners.
- Assist with asset management tasks including business plan development, quarterly reporting, fundraising, portfolio management, and loan servicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in real estate private equity or investment banking.
- Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills. Real estate modeling background preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
- Academic background in finance or business administration from a top university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite products.
