Company Overview

MidHudson launched in 2018 to provide structured solutions for real estate developers that use HUD guaranteed senior financing for their projects.

MidHudson’s initial product was its HUD D4 Reserve Program, which provides the working capital and initial operating deficit reserves required by the HUD 221(d)(4) program.  Since then, MidHudson has added (i) a Stabilized HUD Program, which allows developers to access equity that their projects have created through stabilization, positive cashflow and market appreciation and (ii) a HUD 232 Reserve Program, which provides the working capital and initial operating deficit reserves required by the HUD 232 program.  In addition, through its financial partner, MidHudson can make preferred equity investments in both new construction and stabilized multifamily projects with HUD senior financing.
