Investor Relations Manager

The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring effective distribution, execution, and collection of investor related documents and reports, delivering superior customer support to our investors, managing the company’s investor-related marketing efforts and providing operational support to the VP of Investor Relations.  This role is focused on expanding and deepening investor relationships by identifying investors’ needs, providing the support to over-deliver on our investors’ expectations and ensuring best execution of the company’s marketing efforts. The Investor Relations Manager should be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment and must be detail oriented with strong organizational and writing skills.

Position Details

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Avistone, our strategy and offerings
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of investor goals and risk tolerance
• Provide superior client support and service
• Respond to questions/inquiries regarding investments and accounts from investors
• Collect, process and file required paperwork from investors for investment transactions with broker-dealer
• Manage and execute investor deliverables and the investor portal (distributions, quarterly reports, fully executed agreements, K-1s, etc.)
• Ensure investor information is provided to internal departments and external vendors
• Prepare investor presentations and webinars
• Prepare investor communication
• Coordinate conferences and events
• Manage CRM and provide needed support to sales team
• Manage broker-dealer approval process for marketing and sales materials
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors that provide needed services to the company
• Coordinate with and manage outside marketing company with respect to all marketing programs including email database campaigns through list segmentation, nurture tracks and testing plans for all email marketing campaigns to achieve lead and sales goals
• Track, analyze, report all marketing and sales campaigns and channels for improved ROI
• Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables for campaigns and channels
• Manage image library

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of client service or financial industry experience
• BA/BS degree preferred or combination of education & experience
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Experienced background in content creation, specifically email marketing, blogs, website and social media
• Experience using marketing automation software like Act-On, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, or  or similar programs
