Seeking experienced, highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our growing team

 

We are a successful boutique commercial real estate brokerage that provides single-tenant investment brokerage and capital markets advisory services nationwide. The firm’s clients include private equity firms, investment banks, and high-net-worth investors, corporations (publicly and privately held developers, and private and institutional investors.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Broker with real estate sales experience. You will have existing relationships with net lease real estate buyers and sellers, ideally in the single-tenant investment space. You will frequently be trusted to interact with and pitch to top-level executives, so we’re looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, excellent salesmanship and a strong phone presence are absolutely required.

You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred. Basic proficiency with Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required. The ability to learn basic functions of a new technology platform are definitely a plus. The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate sales position with a track record of success. Applicants must have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a team environment.
