Job Description - Analyst

The Analyst is responsible for supporting all the asset management, acquisitions and dispositions activities of the firm.  Timely and accurate work and a full working knowledge of Argus & Excel modeling is necessary to effectively discharge the duties of this position. The ability to manage and participate in multiple projects is required. This position reports to the COO and supports the Asset Managers (“AM”), VP of Acquisitions and Vice President - Finance & Portfolio Strategy.

Acquisitions/Dispositions:

• Assist with the research and development of underwriting assumptions. Coordinate and track all due diligence items using checklists
• Assist in abstracting leases and compare to Argus model as appropriate
• Track acquisition, disposition and property takeover checklists
• Track all SNDA & Estoppel submissions
• General assistance with other due diligence process as required
• Assist in property take-over activities as required
• Maintain market information for target markets
• Other support or analytical duties as requested

Asset Management:

• Assist with the preparation of the quarterly investor reports by providing necessary data to the AM
• Support AM’s in their analysis of leasing proposals, review of lease documents and completion of approval forms
• Attend weekly leasing meetings, provide support as necessary
• Track tenant leasing activity, to include move-ins and move-outs
• Review and integrity check of annual property budgets
• Gather, analyze and prepare market reports in support of various projects and reporting requirements
• Assist with periodic valuation preparation and analysis including information gathering
• Have familiarity with and understanding of property loans, analyze coverage tests, extension tests, be familiar with reserve/escrow requirements and prepare supporting schedules as necessary.
