Jamestown is recruiting for a Fund Analyst in our headquarters at Ponce City Market. The Fund Analyst position is responsible for performing quantitative analyses and report generation to support the operation of the Premier Property Fund.

- Up to two years of experience in institutional-level real estate management
- Knowledge of real estate, financial analysis, advanced Excel modeling, and ARGUS software
Job Functions:
- Build and maintain fund-level financial models in Excel and Argus Enterprise
- Compile and aggregate asset-level data and prepare quarterly and annual fund report, investor requests and marketing materials
- Play integral role in management of quarterly appraisal process between asset management, fund management and third-party appraisal firm by providing source materials, reviewing and commenting on draft valuations and analyzing impact to fund returns
- Review of asset management model deliverables to fund management and production of fund roll-ups for Investment Committee
- Perform fund-level financial analyses in Excel and Argus Enterprise, such as scenario and sensitivity analyses; benchmarking returns; liquidity/ distribution analyses and acquisition/disposition considerations
- Remain informed on asset-level strategies, including leasing activity, capital projects and underwriting assumptions
- Conduct market research as requested, including lease and building comparable sets, as well as macroeconomic, market-specific and industry-specific data and trends
