Vice President: Agency Lending

We are hiring a Vice President for our Agency Lending division. The Vice President must be a self-starter with good Excel skills, who can provide analytical and project-related support by quickly analyzing transactions and preparing proposals to provide multi-million dollar loans to owners of multifamily projects throughout the United States.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with underwriters, production team and borrowers for collection of loan due diligence materials
• Analyze rent roll and operating history data and spread / enter into the financial analysis spreadsheets that are uploaded into Closer
• Review basic third-party report data (appraisals, physical condition assessments, and environmental site assessments)
• Inspect properties and prepare inspection reports (training provided by Greystone)
• Assist in structuring loans
• Work directly with the borrowers, lawyers and third party vendors
• Assist in closing process
• Other duties and projects, as may be assigned and deemed appropriate from the manager

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required or applicable job experience
• 5 + years of prior experience in Agency lending 
• Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills required
• Detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong time management skills and a respect for deadlines
• Driven, innovative team-player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product
