ASG Equities LLC is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and asset management firm active in various markets across North America and Europe. ASG is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst who possess drive, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. The Analyst’s primary job duties and responsibilities will include:
Financial Analysis:
1. Produce property level budgets, business plans, and updates for management and owners.
2. Monitor and manage tenant’s rent payments and billing with accounting team.
3. Analyze, compare, and organize lease terms from various potential tenants.
4. Facilitate lease negotiations and lease agreement editing with legal team and outside counsel.
5. Analyze, compare, and organize debt financing terms from various lenders.
6. Communicate with lenders, appraisers, and attorneys for information and documents requests.
7. Create and update asset reports: property history, rent rolls, and loan summaries.
Property Management Administration:
1. Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance items.
2. Coordinate property managers, contractors, and handymen for maintenance items.
3. Preform periodic site assessments for local properties.
4. Communicate with brokers, property managers, and tenants to onboard new tenants (lease administration, payments, move-ins, renewals, etc.)
5. Provide updates to management regarding leasing activity and property management projects.
6. Organize, evaluate, and optimize property’s vendors to optimize expenses.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Work or internship experience in finance and/or real estate is preferred but not required.
