Our client, an established and growing real estate firm in Austin, Texas would like to add a Junior Analyst to their Healthcare Acquisitions/Asset Management team to focus on medical office, life science and specialty healthcare facility acquisitions and development nationwide. The firm has a young, tight-knit, collegial team and they offer a significant opportunity for career growth. The role will include both Acquisitions and Asset Management duties. The Junior Analyst will provide analytical support to the healthcare team and will receive extensive mentorship and exposure to senior investment staff. The Junior Analyst’s primary responsibilities include financial analysis/modeling of potential acquisitions, market research in target markets, acquisition due diligence, and the preparation of monthly asset management financial reports and analysis.
Candidates should have no more than 1-2 years of experience from an investment banking analyst program, consulting or accounting firm, or real estate fund. Candidates may have healthcare or real estate experience but must have an interest in investing in healthcare-related real estate. Candidates must have outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Argus is a plus. The fund favors candidates who have some connection to Texas and some academic study of real estate. Qualified candidates may forward a resume in Word, along with undergraduate GPA, to our website.
