Development Analyst

The Analyst, Development will be based in Atlanta and will report to the SVP of Development and Construction.  The analyst will work on all aspects of development projects from acquisition through completion and will support the development team as needed. The Analyst will also manage underwriting/pro forma analysis, reporting requirements, investment committee correspondence and market research.

 Qualifications 

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in ground-up development for multiple project types, including development experience (from the principal side) in analyzing and managing development deals.
• Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Essential Job Functions

• Work in collaboration with the Development and Construction team on each project and manage the pro-forma analysis as well the development budgets for each project.
• Work closely with the acquisition analyst on the procurement of equity and debt for development projects.
• Prepare internal reports, project trackers, and development updates.
• Provide analytical support for market research and research on product types
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and other as required for the job.
