Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation of property and portfolio level collateral and performance reporting
• Interpret and correctly calculate debt covenants, lending limits and identify opportunities to improve leverage efficiency
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities, including aggregation and validation of reported financial and performance metrics
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Finance, Math, Business, Economics with a strong interest in Real Estate
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Experience with Excel modeling
• Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic project management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
