Executive Administrative Assistant

We are actively seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support the executive team, including the COO and CEO. Previous experience a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide executive administrative support to five-person senior executive team, including monthly expense reports, calendar management, meeting coordination, booking and managing travel arrangements
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual CEO reporting including board level reports and annual business plan
- Assist with company compliance items including but not limited to annual financial audits, internal audits and other third-party required audits
- Manage subscriptions and industry related membership, attendance, and renewals
- Assist with writing, collection of various pieces of reporting, redlining of documents and assembling deal memos via PDF’s
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Team player
- Previous experience in development/industrial real estate a plus
