Arch Companies is a vertically integrated New York City based real estate investment, development, construction, and asset management firm active across the United States with a concentration on primary and secondary markets. We are seeking an Intern for Arch Companies. The Intern role will have cross-functional exposure to Arch Companies’ vertical integrated real estate platform and high visibility to leaders within the firm.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and maintain general office and administrative duties
- Gather, support, and maintain market research
- Contribute to analysis and reporting of investments
- Contribute to data collection and analysis
- Contribute to presentations and reports
- Other ad hoc requests, as directed by manager
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, real estate or other similar fields
- Strong interest in real estate asset management
- Currently pursuing Master’s Degree a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to comfortably multi-task
- Self-starter, dedicated and professional demeanor capable of thriving in an intense, high-energy, transaction-driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and contribute to a team environment
