Financial Analyst - Coral Gables, FL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze past and current financial data and performance
• Responsible for preparing reports and projections based on analysis
• Evaluate current capital expenditures
• Identify trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other members of the team to review information and forecasts
• Financial models and forecasting
• Explore investment opportunities (preliminary modelling & due diligence, presentations, etc.)
• Assist with financial planning, reporting, analysis and projection for assets and companies

Skills set:

• Proficient with Excel
• Must understand P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow individually, and how they interact together
• Analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strategic thinking
• Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Multi-family experience a plus
