Northwind Group is a multi-fund real estate private equity investment firm and has been involved in the acquisition,
development, financing, and management of properties valued at over $3.0 billion. Northwind Group is based in
Manhattan and focuses on debt and equity investments in residential, commercial, and senior-living properties.
Northwind has strong relationships with top-tier operators, lenders, property owners, managers, brokers, and equity
partners.

The Analyst / Associate will work with the team to execute originations, acquisitions, and assist with the asset

management of both equity and debt investment opportunities of all asset classes. The associate will work with junior-
and senior-level team members on various projects throughout all stages of the investment process, from acquisition to disposition or refinance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sophisticated underwritings and analyses for potential debt and equity investments.
• Conduct due diligence for prospective transactions, including preparation of market reports, legal
documentation review, and analyzing the performance of real estate assets.
• Prepare and present investment committee memoranda to senior partners.
• Assist with asset management tasks including business plan development, quarterly reporting,
fundraising, portfolio management, and loan servicing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in real estate private equity or investment banking.
• Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills. Real estate modeling background preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Academic background in finance or business administration from a top university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite products.
