Origination Role

PEAK Capital is one of the most active buyers of commercial Real Estate in New York and the surrounding buroughs at this time. We are looking for a broker or sales agent to help originate and source deals for the company.

Our portfolio is beginning to expand and as our capital grows, we are looking to acquire many more assets in the coming years. Over the last 2 years we have acquired 35 buildings and continuously looking to acquire more. We are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate agents who can come in and source deals to expand our acquisition efforts.

This is a 100% commission sales position. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to get deals done with the most active group in Manhattan. We are looking

Earning Potential- As mentioned PEAK has closed nearly 35 deals since the beginning of 2021 and we are expanding and looking to further our growth and lead the way as one of the most active firms in New York City.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or associates degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Has exceptional skills keeping relationships in the market
• Desire to be on a small team of positive, success-minded individuals
• Real Estate License
