Senior Loan Salesperson

The Debt Exchange, Inc. (“DebtX”) is the largest full-service loan sale advisor in the country, serving commercial banks, insurance

DebtX is seeking sales candidates to generate loan sale opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and qualified prospects, reporting to the Regional Manager in San Francisco, Atlanta or Boston.

The ideal candidate will have experience originating or sourcing loans, or similar financial sales experience. Ideally, candidates will bring experience in loan sales, commercial real estate equity or debt brokerage, and/or commercial finance. The candidate must have a willingness to prospect and cold call potential customers.

The ideal candidate will be results oriented, work with a sense of urgency, and think creatively to develop and close opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, pricing and structuring potential transactions, negotiating engagement terms, and overseeing all aspects of the customer relationship. Bachelors degree required.

Location open, significant travel required. This is a salaried position with significant upside potential based on production.
