• Position is for Montecito's Nashville corporate office.
• Preference for 2-7 years of real estate experience.
• Evaluate new opportunities (Medical Office and Veterinary) for acquisition/development based on the company's investment criteria.
• Utilize Argus Enterprise and Excel coupled with real estate experience to model and evaluate potential acquisitions including determining value and analyzing financial returns. This analysis includes compiling financial models, waterfall analysis, financial statement evaluation, debt analysis, capital budgeting, cash flow forecasting, tax forecasting, and general market research to analyze real estate acquisition viability.
• Conduct in-depth market research on potential acquisitions including MOB sales comps, market rental rate comps, market occupancy, medical market analysis, and direct market outreach.
• Responsible for writing comprehensive executive summaries and investment committee memo's for internal and external use, including capital partner communication and relationship management.
• Assist in due diligence review including, but not limited to lease verification, historical operating statement review, tax analysis review, capital budgeting, debt comparison, and verification of financial models.
• Potential to travel, and tour MOBs and markets in a business development capacity.
