We are hiring an Account Executive who has demonstrated networking skills and can provide effective leadership and results while running a leasing team focused entirely on Portfolio owned commercial properties in downtown Pittsburgh.
Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining new clients, managing current clients with commercial leasing, marketing, customer development and account management skills. Duties include:
- Maintain occupancy of all leased spaces
- Maintain all electronic marketing
- Generate business from corporate neighbors
- Prospect, Show and Close new Business
- Maintain Broker relationships
- Pursues business with targeted industries
- Responsible for running leasing team and driving results
Requirements:
- 5 - 10years commercial leasing experience, preferred experience leasing data centers/tech centers
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and deal-making
- Proven track record of results/deal sheet
- Broker’s license preferred, but not required
