The candidate will be responsible for the management of a suburban office property in the Western suburbs of Boston. Responsibilities include building operations, lease administration, vendor service contract management, client reporting, tenant relations, budgeting and financial management, project management, and knowledge of building systems.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, dedicated, team players with excellent analytical ability and a proactive management approach. Must have experience in building operations, capital projects, leasing and financial reporting. The candidates should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience required and a college degree and RPA or CPM designation preferred.
