Global Real Estate and Agricultural Investments maintain a portfolio invested in commercial real estate and agricultural mortgages, as well as real estate equities. Real Estate Investments sources and manages commercial real estate investments through seven regional field offices in the U.S. and International field offices in London, Tokyo, Mexico City and Santiago.
The Senior Real Estate Analyst will support both the International Portfolio Management and Equity Asset Management teams for our General Account portfolio and third-party investors. The portfolio includes office buildings, retail, industrial, multi-family and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
International Portfolio Management
- Support the expansion of our International real estate platform. This will include establishing working relationships with our regional field office network, Research, Debt Analytics and Finance departments.
- Participate in deal reviews for international local account transactions.
- Coordinate and complete weekly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements and information requests for local accounts.

Support IT initiatives and maintain and enhance pipeline reporting and production metrics.
Equity Asset Management
- Support the Equity Team in managing the equity portfolio to satisfy the investment needs of our general account as well as third party investment accounts.
- Assist in underwriting and valuation of large/complex commercial real estate assets, including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, hotel, student housing and senior living projects.

Assist in preparation of property operating budgets, capital budgets, income re-projections and business plans.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- At least 3 years relevant experience with demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate valuation and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Experienced in Argus and knowledge of IRES/MRI
- Results orientated team player. Emphasis on communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong quantitative and computer skills, specifically advanced Excel modeling.

Bachelor’s degree in related field (real estate or finance).
