Description
We are looking for a bright and highly motivated individual interested in gaining real world experience in the sourcing, research, underwriting of commercial real estate property sales. This position would work with closely with an experienced commercial broker to help research and source real estate opportunities. This is a paid internship suited for an individual with a strong work ethic and initiative who wants to learn about sourcing and evaluating real estate. The ideal candidate will have an interest in commercial real estate and development, real estate sales/brokerage and is comfortable with cold calling property owners.
The position will require approximately 20 hours per week. In addition to an hourly wage, a bonus will be paid for successfully sourced and closed transactions.
