PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure the financing of each loan (or investment) at inception:
Participate in the supervision of accounting and reporting team's loan-related work:
Structure the financing of each loan (or investment) at inception:
- Create the RFP or other collateral materials and present to prospective lenders (or JV partners)
- Create the financing model with input assumptions from business units
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of each loan
- Assist lenders (or partners) with their due diligence
- Examine and scrutinize loan (or partnership) documents
- Coordinate the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds
- Coordinate the loan (or JV closing) on behalf of Kolter
- Analyze the impact of financings on project returns
Participate in the supervision of accounting and reporting team's loan-related work:
- monthly draw requests for each project
- compliance with loan requirements
- monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for each banking relationship
- management of outstanding letters of credit or surety bonds
- Such other responsibilities as may be prescribed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years + of relevant experience (eg, in real estate lending) preferred but not required
- High aptitude for quantitative and financial analysis
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong personal attributes: ethical, self-motivated,multi-tasker, great communicator, organized and detail-oriented, team player, creative, professional appearance and manner
EDUCATION
- Minimum BA (degree in finance preferred). MBA is a plus. Strong academics and test scores required.

- Job initially based in West Palm Beach, FL. Currently targeting to relocate office to Downtown Delray Beach, FL in 2019.
