Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to support the Vice President, Corporate Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within the Commercial Real Estate industry working alongside senior management. The Corporate Paralegal will be expected to operate in various capacities including legal, compliance, and corporate administration. The ideal candidate must be energetic, detail oriented, work well under deadlines, and adaptive. The position will be located in Bethesda, MD.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities of the position include maintenance and management of several corporate functions including, but not limited to:
- Corporate Administration
- GSE/State Licensing
- Entity Management
- Affiliate/Broker Relationship Management
- Contract and Vendor Management
- SOX Compliance and Company Audits
- Department Policies and Procedures
- Contract Administration
- Management of Outside Counsel
- Litigation Management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience preferred
- Paralegal Certification considered a plus
- Prior Real Estate or Corporate Administration experience considered a plus
- Able to travel minimum of 5-10%
