Reporting to the COO, the candidate will develop, oversee and grow a network of domestic and international ultra-high net worth, high net worth and family office investors for Kolter real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and polished capital raising professional with an evolved network of LP relationships. The candidate will focus the majority of his/her time on capital raising and ensuring commitments close in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust base of ultra-high net worth, high net worth and family office investors
- Be responsible for getting these types of LPs to invest in Kolter real estate projects
- Control and optimize the entire LP solicitation process by developing and executing marketing plans and materials
- Be able to speak intelligently and persuasively to potential LPs about Kolter real estate projects and why they should invest with Kolter
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and potential investors
- Develop specific client-relations programs
- Establish professional network and maintain contacts and records of activity in CRM software
- Determine plans for company presence at conventions, annual meetings, industry events, and seminars
- Develop and recommend brand positioning and be our brand ambassador
- Create online and offline marketing materials for both the company and our real estate investment offerings
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing marketing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions where necessary
- Monitor competitor products and keep abreast of industry developments in order to inform business and marketing initiatives
- Lead growth and development of all ultra-high, high net worth and family office marketing channels
- Develop clear and measurable goals, report progress regularly, communicate final results, and re-incorporate results to improve the next cycle and increase conversion ratios
Qualifications
- A successful and demonstrable fundraising track record
- 10 years + of relevant experience (with advisor, investment manager, etc) preferred but not required
- Strong network of applicable contacts within the real estate investment community
- Clear ability and credibility to pitch new investors and close business effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communications
- Confident personality, able to operate effectively with autonomy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to use initiative
- A self-starter who is willing to roll up sleeves but also knows when to seek guidance
- Collegiate and team-oriented
- Strong presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel and work extended hours as may be needed
EDUCATION
- Minimum BA degree

- Title, ultimate responsibilities and compensation will be commensurate with ability and experience
- Job initially based in West Palm Beach, FL. Currently targeting to relocate office to Downtown Delray Beach, FL in 2019.
