Summer Leasing Intern

Responsibilities:
The leasing intern will assist the regional leasing teams in their daily operations related to sourcing tenant leads for the Company’s portfolio of shopping centers. Responsibilities will include:

- Salesforce support
- Collecting marketing information on our retail centers and traded areas
- Compiling information into marketing packages and materials
- Conducting trade area marketing research and assisting in special projects as assigned

This position provides a practical way of learning Brixmor’s portfolio of assets and the retail real estate business.

Qualifications:
- Interest in Real Estate
- Strong computer skills to navigate Salesforce program
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and quickly complete projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Excels in a team-oriented work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
