Property Management Associates has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, full time Commercial Portfolio Manager to manage buildings in Los Angeles County.
The Portfolio Manager is directly responsible for managing a group of assigned buildings and is accountable for all operations in their inventory, all on-site contractors and enforcing all Company policies, procedures and internal operations, with the overall objective of meeting the expectations of each Client, based on the respective operating budget and management agreement.
The candidate must have at least 10 years of hands on commercial and retail building management experience. The ideal candidate will be computer proficient with a complete working knowledge of Word and Excel (knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus). Experience with budget development and the preparation of Common Area Maintenance reconciliations, a thorough understanding of building systems, dealing with vendors and tenant relations is required.
