Description
Provide senior management with financial analysis, underwriting/due diligence and pre-closing task management in support of the company’s hospitality acquisition, real estate/mortgage brokerage and development activities of the company. Assist and oversee asset management of all owned hotel assets.

- Responsible for varied hospitality financial analysis and underwriting/due diligence efforts, which will be project and transaction driven.
- Typical work product will be incorporated into investment offering memorandum documentation and other project closing/reporting files created as appropriate to facilitate project assignments.
- Responsible to senior management for maintaining appropriate work papers and document control of financial and due diligence materials associated with assigned projects.
