Seeking a self-driven, motivated, organized, natural born sales person to source investment opportunities on the Westside for residential development company, Devonshire Homes.
-The primary role is to source value-add single family residences and multifamily properties generated through cold calling (~100 / day), door knocking, emailing, direct mail, and networking.
-Provide high quality leads. Set 3-5 solid, qualified appointments per week.
-Call and follow up with existing prospects.
-Data management and data entry. Research and create farm for target areas.
-Underwrite property values for acquisition, construction, and potential disposition.
-Weekly visits to target areas for door knocking, open houses, viewing appointments, and market research.
-Conduct market research on property values, rental values, market conditions.
-Create and execute a social media marketing plan.
-Must be a licensed agent with at least 5 years experience.
-Must be trained and have experience cold calling and door knocking.
-Able to generate leads.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills to procure deals and to work with internal team.
-Ability to build rapport with prospective leads.
-Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Not easily discouraged.
-Skills in real estate cash flow modeling.
-Experience with social media.
-Able to work independently.
-Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Must have car to drive to target areas.
Salary based on experience. Base plus commission.
