BuyerVista, a commercial real estate lead generation startup is seeking a business development associate to join our corporate headquarters Encino.
The main role of the business development associate is to grow the site’s users by calling brokers, agents, and investors to introduce them to the new technology and invite them to sign up. Create database of potential users by referencing available databases.
The ideal candidate has aptitude in the following:
-Has experience with lead generation and cold calling.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business setting.
-Displays strong, articulate written and verbal skills.
-Maintains professional etiquette with a friendly, open demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
-Has experience in networking and developing interpersonal relationships.
-Maintain records in our CRM.
A candidate will possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to:
-Knowledge of commercial real estate.
-Must have ability to cold call and make 100 calls a day.
-Ability and skill to speak publicly and present comfortably.
-Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently, and remain dependable and proactive.
-Demonstrates excellence in multi-tasking and proven problem solving abilities.
-Basic IT knowledge with an understanding of terminology and concepts.
-Candidate must be organized, driven and able to learn quickly, primary responsibility is to prospect.
