Asset Manager

ESI Ventures is seeking an Asset Manager who will play an important role in executing the business plan on various asset types within the Company’s growing portfolio. The Asset Manager will work closely with senior leadership on overseeing the operations of our assets.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with third party management firms and development partners
• Analyze property financials and budgets
• Maintain and track asset financial performance for senior management and various investment partners
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual asset management and portfolio reports, cash flow forecasts, and waterfall distribution analyze
• analyze and negotiate on any value add initiatives
• Prepare distribution and cash need forecasts per asset
• Assist in the underwriting of new development and acquisition projects
• Establish and track operating performance against measured and industry benchmarks

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required
• MBA preferred
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hands-on asset management
• Experience with Hospitality, Multifamily and Office assets highly desired
• Must possess knowledge and understanding of leasing and lease analysis
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must be adaptable and thrive in a changing environment
• Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and have a demonstrated track record in negotiating and problem solving
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity. Must be highly trustworthy and able to handle proprietary financial and property level information appropriately.
• Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
• Must have a high energy level with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, priority setting and time-management skills
• Possesses strong business acumen and develops creative solutions to problems that make practical business sense
