We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join the Gindi Capital acquisition team. This job offers the opportunity to learn about the commercial real estate industry along with potential growth at our company.
Responsibilities include: performing financial analyses of real estate properties, assisting with current ongoing development projects, researching potential sites for new investments, real estate modeling, property management and administrative and clerical work.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Argus; detail oriented; team player; self-motivated and driven; organization skills; ability to multitask
Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and loan documents, is a plus.
Previous Real Estate experience is also a plus.
