Our Workplace Planning team is the group that manages Apple’s global real estate portfolio. This is the team that tracks all corporate space and develops the real estate strategy to meet Apple’s growing needs. We work directly with the Real Estate, Project Management, Facilities and Site Services teams to service the various business units within Apple with critical data, space & migration plans.
We’re looking for a Space Planning System Administrator – a dynamic individual contributor that will be responsible for administering day-to-day system data updates in our Tririga space planning system, with a focus on Apple’s field and global sites. In this role, you’ll be tasked with ensuring system data integrity, completing daily location & space update requests, and assisting requestors & RE&D stakeholders with their data and other requests. This role is also responsible for miscellaneous map creation & system training. The role should proactively seek new methods to streamline the delivery of RE&D’s services and support the data integrity that drives executive level reporting, analytics and strategic real estate portfolio decisions.

•Prior space management experience
•Superb familiarity and experience with CAFM/IWMS systems (IBM TRIRIGA especially)
•Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their workload in a fast-paced environment
•Experience with CAD drawing applications & other drawing tools.
Manage location & drawing update requests in Tririga, with a focus on Field & International locations
Assist field & international requestors & stakeholders with questions or challenges they are facing using the system, train & assist them as they grow into the common platform
Ensure data integrity in Tririga and other related upstream & downstream systems
Be a key resource for internal RE&D and external business unit stakeholders
Improve/enhance service delivery workflows
Where needed, utilize AutoCAD to update drawings in Tririga.
Create area maps & building evacuation maps
Associates degree or equivalent facilities management certification/experience
3+ years relevant work experience in a global company preferred
Familiarity with database systems (SQL, Oracle) a plus
Experience with current IWMS systems and trends (especially IBM Tririga)
Experience with AutoCAD
Proficient in Word, Excel, Keynote and similar software on Apple platforms
