Job Description:

Tioga Capital, LLC, is looking to hire an intern that will be to be engaged in all aspects of real estate asset management, including assistance with closings, underwriting and asset visits, post-acquisition transition, strategy and execution of value enhancement strategies, asset valuation, budgeting and on-going underwriting and analysis related to restructurings/recapitalizations, refinancing and disposition strategies.  In this role, the Intern Analyst work may include:

  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Investment valuations and return projections
  • Conducting strategic asset reviews
  • Market research and data mining
  • Comparable sale / company analysis
  • Leasing analysis
  • Developing presentations
  • Drafting memoranda for internal and external use


Tioga seeks to hire an individual that is highly motivated, mature and intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Prior analytical and a basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and real estate are desirable. The successful candidate should have:

Candidate must possess the following skill set and background:

  • Either currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a MBA or similar program Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing projects to ensure timely
  • Superior client facing skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
