RRG is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our firm's consulting and advisory practice in the role of Lease Auditor. The successful candidate, based out of our San Francisco office, will work with our audit and project management teams in the delivery of our services to Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Daily execution and management of enterprise lease audit and cost control programs including lease and real estate analysis and related correspondence, tasks and project reporting
  • Correspond with internal and external contacts as part of recurring duties to support service delivery including information gathering and research, data validation, and project management
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting
  • Assist in the transition of new projects and/or new client campaigns
  • Draft, review and incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation and other information as needed
  • Support audit staff and project management teams in support of goals and objectives

Candidates must meeting the following requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit allowing for hard work and the desire to succeed
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, lease contracts, property accounting and finance, building operations, industry conditions and property management practices
  • Strong analytical skills, technical and time management skills
  • Demonstrate passion for the company mission and ability to extend the company culture to all levels 
  • Ability to deal with multiple personality types and must demonstrate polished interpersonal skills
  • Mastery level of Microsoft Office suite
  • Desire to grow within the role and company 
  • Strong integrity and ethics
