Our Affordable Housing & Real Estate Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Los Angeles office.
We are seeking an associate with two to four years of experience working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial, retail and industrial properties and landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, management and debt and equity financings.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills and a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
