We are looking to hire two Real Estate Interns to specialize in room rentals. We will train you on how to use our proprietary Rooms/Roommates Matching Software and our systems to generate massive amounts of commissions from renting rooms in the Greater Boston Area. NextGen Realty has recently launched a Room Rentals Division in the Boston Area whose purpose is to rent vacant rooms in multi-bedroom apartments to help residents save money on rent, improve the quality of their amenities and locations. We have over 550 Rooms for Rent in the Greater Boston Area and get over 100 leads per day for Room Rentals Alone.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Participating in active marketing initiatives using our admakers and strategies
- Collecting Photos and Videos for Marketing Purposes
- Cold and warm calling landlords to get new listings
- Interviewing Potential Tenants and Setting Up Appointments
- Identify customer needs and preferences and matching them to apartments
- Prepare and Proofread Real Estate Documents, including Leases and Closing Contracts
- Organize and Oversee apartment showing appointments
- Maintain and Develop landlord relationships
Requirements:
- Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License**
- Self-Starter Attitude with a Commitment to Personal and Professional Growth
- Strong Interest in Residential Real Estate
- Friendly personality with a Genuine desire to serve people at the highest level
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability
- High comfort level with public speaking and phone calling
- Strong Ability to Learn, Understand, and Implement the Latest Technologies
