Greenwich Group is a boutique investment brokerage firm with a strong history and reputation in the capital markets arena in both equity/debt finance and investment sales.
From our inception, investment sales have been at the forefront of our service offerings, as demonstrated by our long track record of successful transactions. However, in recent years our team focus has shifted more towards structured finance for large capital markets assignments.
We are now seeking to re-establish investment sales activities to our service lines with dedicated investment sales teams specific to product type. As a result, we are seeking seasoned professionals to play a leading role in our Multi-Family and Commercial Investment teams.
You will play an integral role in helping us re-introduce this side of our business. We have a 24-year track record, extensive relationships with institutional and local owners that will form our client base and cutting-edge marketing services.
For the right professionals, we offer above market commission splits, team orientated work environment, ability to cross sell complimentary service lines, collaborative approach to business development and the chance of obtaining equity ownership in the firm after demonstrating excellent performance. This is a 100% commission role. As such you will need to have at least 3-6 months of financial reserves.
