Assistant Property Manager

Within our multi-faceted organization, the Property Management Division is immediately seeking an Assistant Property Manager dedicated to SOLA Station, Columbia, SC.
The purpose of the Assistant Manager is to support the Site Manager with the overall success of the apartment community to include resident relations, occupancy, vendor coordination, budgetary/financial performance and overseeing the physical condition of the property for this luxurious, urban community.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 year practical experience within the property management field, to include lease up, leasing or management roles. A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry specific software, such as MRI, Rent Roll, Yardi, or OneSite. Affiliations and/or memberships with apartment associations and professional certifications are strongly desired.
Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and basic problem solving skills are a must. Qualified candidates must have the flexibility to work during assigned weekend schedules. The Beach Company offers lucrative benefits and compensation that is rewarding and competitive.
