The Community President position is responsible for all day-to-day operations at the property to include real estate sales, marketing and development, a residential building operation, club operations, utility company and HOA management. This person is responsible for leading the team mentioned above in all facets of the operation. Maintaining an excellent employee culture will be critical. The Community President will play a strategic role in the overall success of the project.
