CBRE Heery seeks an Inspector for a large aviation program in Seattle, WA.
Verifies that in-place construction complies with contract documents.
On-site inspection of various aspects of construciton site.
Verifies that construction is in accordance with contract documents,including desing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing specifications.
Reviews design documents.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Associate's degree in a related field; or one to two eyars related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
