What You Need To Have:
- Experience managing and leasing market rate residential properties
- A history of success in property presentation, leasing, managing vendors, building strong tenant relationships, and developing tenant retention strategies
- A willingness to collaborate and strategize methods to identify market trends, increase occupancy, and capitalize on leads while maintaining a thorough knowledge of competitor properties and offerings
- The aptitude to create property operating budgets, monitor expenses, report variances, and recommend cost-saving solutions
- A keen eye for details when inspecting properties for building system efficiency, code compliance, weather tightness, and maintenance/housekeeping issues to be addressed
- A collaborative approach to working with coworkers, particularly the building maintenance team
- A comfort level using computer software and a smart phone - We use Microsoft products, Corrigo work order system, and MRI
Credentials Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- RPA or FMA preferred
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance
