Description
IRC Retail Centers is seeking to add a Portfolio Analyst to the Portfolio Management team. Critical departmental functions include, but are not limited to: (i) supporting the firm’s investment management processes; (ii) monitoring and forecasting portfolio cash flow uses and needs; (iii) developing analysis related to the portfolio for benefit of the executive management team and other company stakeholders and (iv) serving as an interdepartmental resource to support cross-functional reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage asset-level information including data related to tenant rent rolls, expense recoveries, capital, debt service, and other
• Maintain Argus models to provide projected property-level cash flows
• Produce regular reporting for company stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Interact daily with other internal departments including senior-level managers and executive team
• Contribute to the development and integration of strategic property initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc analysis requests, as needed
• Proactively assess portfolio for potential risk
• Calculate property-level and portfolio-level investment returns
• Assist with market research
Desired Skillsets & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related field
• Intermediate-to-Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Prior retail real estate investment experience a plus
• Argus Enterprise experience a plus
• Desire to advance career in real estate investment
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team structure and independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to contribute to process improvements
