Who you are
You will be energized by the prospect of joining an ever – growing team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Lease Administration platform in all aspects of the lease administration You will support the Lease Administration team in data entry of client accounts, as well as extracting reports and other data to help provide the client with pertinent information. You will review leasing documents and follow up with the landlords in regards to documentation.
What you bring
- 1-2 years of experience in the commercial real estate administration.
- The ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- A desire to learn and grow within lease administration.
Bonus skills and experience
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field
- Prior experience in third party provider Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration is an asset
- Working experience with database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex or Virtual Premise and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi
What success looks like in this role
- You successfully abstract lease agreement/documents into lease administration database.
- You successfully prepare monthly rental payment schedules for major retail, offices and industrial tenants with sizeable portfolios.
