Aulder Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst for its growing NYC-based Investment Solutions Team (i.e. business development and investor relations). The Senior Analyst will work in all areas of the client sourcing and relationship management process, including initial investor targeting and research, prospective investor outreach, introduction calls and meetings, investor questionnaires, property tours, investor legal/closing, and investor reporting. The Senior Analyst will also represent Aulder at industry networking events in NYC and other locations.
The Senior Analyst will be involved in all aspects of expanding Aulder’s relationships with institutional investors including family offices, PERE allocator firms, endowments, pension funds, consultants and others. This includes various activities related to client service, outreach, marketing, and fundraising. Responsibilities include creating/updating presentation materials, investor information request responses, investor meetings and roadshow coordination, CRM database management, platform preparation for meetings and property tours, investor research and industry/investor events.
The Senior Analyst will also participate in existing investor relationships. This includes conducting investor-driven analytics, reviewing monthly and quarterly investor reporting, leading investor asset tours, and being the initial point of contact for investor queries.
The Senior Analyst will report to the SVP of Investment Solutions and will work directly with the CEO and founding partners to further the equity diversification and growth of the Firm.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- 2 to 3 years of business development experience at a real estate investment firm or placement agent is preferred
- Experience with multifamily and/or value-add investing strategies is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting information in an organized manner
- Versatility to work with various investors types (ranging from high-net worth individuals to institutional investors) from multiple geographies (US, Europe, Asia) is a key factor
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Pride in delivering a thorough and accurate work product
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team comprised of local and remote colleagues
- Desire to work in a high-pressure, client-driven environment
- Analytical aptitude – Ability to process data quickly and efficiently
