You will be involved in developing business strategies, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities in United States, focusing on Lodging asset class including corporate housing, multi-family and student housing. This will entail pursuing potential investments, developments, assets/ company acquisitions in the United States. You will participate in structuring and negotiating the closure of potential investments from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial underwriting and analysis (including financial modeling) as well as deal execution. You will also work closely with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence to evaluate potential investments. You will also be involved in formulating and executing the potential exit strategy for potential investments. You will collate global market / industry information to provide insights on the market landscape and conditions of the United States real estate industry.
You should possess a Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in real estate investments. To succeed in this role, you should be resourceful, analytical and strong in financial modeling. You should be well-versed with managing real estate investments from end-to-end. Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, strong communication and interpersonal skills and strong independence in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with lodging assets is a plus.
